Full impaired life quotes
AMS features the only electronic version of the full Common Quotation Form. Fully integrated into the live quote process, the online health form allows you to work together with your client to fill in the form before using the collected data to pre-populate the existing Common Quotation Form. We will then send the completed form securely to the providers – allowing you to get quotes from all providers – even those that do not offer real time quotes.
